1. Who we are

Hype Here ("we", "us", or "our") is a UK-based software platform that helps creators manage, shorten, and cloak links, and design bio pages.

By using Hype Here, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our website, dashboard, or services. If you don't agree, you must not use Hype Here.

2. Using Hype Here

You must:

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Use Hype Here only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your content

When you create or share content (links, bios, images, etc.) through Hype Here:

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it as needed to provide our service.
  • You confirm that your content doesn't infringe anyone's rights, break the law, or promote illegal, abusive, or harmful material.

We may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use Hype Here to:

  • Host, share or link to illegal or abusive material that breaches platform guidelines.
  • Mislead users, impersonate others, or hide malicious links.
  • Engage in spam, scams, or deceptive activity.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or misuse.

5. Plans, billing and payments

  • Free trial: We may offer a free trial period so you can explore Hype Here before subscribing.
  • Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • Payments: Are processed securely via our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store your card details.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel anytime via your dashboard; access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time except where required by law.

Prices and features may change, but we'll give reasonable notice before any changes affecting existing customers.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Hype Here available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally suspend or modify services for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or temporary unavailability.

7. Intellectual property

All Hype Here software, branding, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms or any law;
  • We believe your account poses a risk to others or to the service; or
  • You request deletion.

You can close your account at any time. On deletion, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We provide Hype Here "as is" and "as available."
  • We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hype Here, its officers, and employees against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available at https://www.hypehere.com/terms.

If the changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or within your dashboard.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
